Jesus Broke the Feet

Nebuchadnezzar’s first Dream in Daniel chapter 2 showed an imposing statue supposedly minding its own business until a special rock came down and started breaking its feet.

The Stone represents the Kingdom of God eventually founded during the Roman Empire. It represents Jesus, who came from heaven and was rejected by the world.

The Stone shows aggressive humility – something the empire builders of the world can only wish they had. Nebuchadnezzar was ready to kill all his wise men because he thought they couldn’t find it.

By humbly receiving the spiritual gift of the blood of Jesus to justify us, we can receive the same humble love that God shared with Jesus and the rest of His family.

The empires of the past run out of heirs to receive their legacy. The humble loving Kingdom of God grows by the power of the life and commands Jesus gives people who trust Him.

That’s who Jesus is.
