interesting comparison. Judas decided to try to force Jesus’s hand to reveal himself as the conquering God. He was focused on his agenda rather than understanding God's agenda to allow folks to decide if Jesus were the Christ. Christ's goal was to bring people back to the true God through his death on the cross and resurrection. Like Ahab, Judas's focus was on what he wanted now.
